  • “The film is mesmerizing, gorgeous, moving, and hypnotic. “

    Paul Hawken

  • "Our Blue World is more than a documentary—it's a call to systemic transformation. It shows that we can act quickly to restore a Sponge Planet where water cycles and soil vitality are regenerated side by side from the scale of farms to watersheds to continents. Buckminster Fuller would have recognized this as a Trim Tab: a rapid way to generate cascading benefits from planetary healing through the simplest possible actions.”

    Stuart Cowan
Executive Director of Buckminster Fuller Institute

  • “Amid rising droughts, floods and fires, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. But Our Blue World offers something we need more than ever: hope. This powerful film reminds us that water — the force through which we experience the climate crisis — can also be the path to regeneration.  We have the knowledge. We have the tools. What we need now is the will.”

OUR MISSION

We are here to challenge many of the commonly held assumptions about our water systems and change how people think about water.

Our goal is to bust the global sense of doom around the water crisis by painting an alternative, optimistic water future and mapping-out innovative ways to get there.

We believe that even one person with enough knowledge can make a difference and inspire a movement. Our Foundation exists to share that knowledge.
